Personal Project. This dress is definitely a departure from my normal aesthetic….it is short and not a fit & flare silhouette, but I love all the gathering and ruffles! The fabric is from Mood Fabrics and has an amazing drape and hand feel. Perfect dress for a night on the town! November 2021.
