PAPERBAG SKIRT

Personal project.  This skirt was completely designed around the fabric.  I fell in love with the potted plant border print and knew right away that it needed to be a skirt.  I didn't want to end up with a basic pleated skirt, so I added the paperbag waist.  The fabric is secondhand from A Thrifty Notion.  September 2019.
