Team Leader for Capstone Project

AT670 Apparel Pre-Production Processes. Mac Larkin, Rachel Broddle, Libbi Jessen, and Bri Walker. Academy Sports and Outdoors sponsored our Optitex program. The objective was to create a collection of sportswear for Academy Sports and Outdoors. My proposal for the project was selected, making me the team leader. The project included designing a collection of six outfits; making samples for three of the outfits; compiling tech packs; creating patterns through Optitex; marketing and technology report; and simulating the 3D versions of our outfits through Optitex. My contributions to the project include the moodboard, illustrations, flats, majority of the tech packs, adjustments to Look A patterns; sewn sample of Look A; fixing issues from the 3D simulations; writing the marketing and technology report; and keeping on top of due dates; December 2018.
